For a fixed price, which of course will depend on the number of licensed modules, customers will receive annual software maintenance, a major update per year and at least ten hours of support in a single package – without the need for any additional effort and no hidden costs. The number of hours can be increased, for an additional charge, when signing the contract or during the term of the agreement.
Apart from greater convenience, Software MaintenancePLUS also offers our customers a number of other advantages: A major update is included in the price, which means that customers are always working with the most recent software version, featuring the latest functions and security standards. They pay fixed annual costs and do not need to apply for additional funding for updates, which increases calculability and planning security. At the same time, the regular updates ensure the long-term operability and compatibility of the software modules used.
