Software MaintenancePLUS now available for the entire PROSTEP Product Family

For several years now, PROSTEP has been offering its OpenDXM GlobalX customers Software MaintenancePLUS, a comprehensive service package that bundles the costs for software maintenance, a software update and support. It ensures greater planning security and reliable service quality. This offering has been so popular with customers that we will be making it available for all products in future.

Why make things complicated when you can make them easy? Instead of having to commission individual services separately, our Software MaintenancePLUS agreement offers customers all-round security and maximum efficiency. For a fixed price, which of course will depend on the number of licensed modules, customers will receive annual software maintenance, a major update per year and at least ten hours of support in a single package – without the need for any additional effort and no hidden costs. The number of hours can be increased, for an additional charge, when signing the contract or during the term of the agreement.

Apart from greater convenience, Software MaintenancePLUS also offers our customers a number of other advantages: A major update is included in the price, which means that customers are always working with the most recent software version, featuring the latest functions and security standards. They pay fixed annual costs and do not need to apply for additional funding for updates, which increases calculability and planning security. At the same time, the regular updates ensure the long-term operability and compatibility of the software modules used.

Software MaintenancePLUS guarantees our customers clearly defined and contractually agreed services.

If need be, our qualified personnel provides customers with priority support according to our service level agreements, which will be billed on a quarterly hour basis. We provide all services via remote access – efficiently, securely and flexibly, which saves both time and resources.

Because Software MaintenancePLUS also reduces the time and effort we need to process and provide our services, the service package costs our customers less than commissioning the individual components separately.
