PROSTEP enters into Partnership with IFS – a global leading ERP Vendor

An essential component of the PROSTEP Digital Thread Platform is our OpenPDM integration technology, which features a wide range of standardized connectors to common PLM, ALM, and ERP systems as well as other enterprise applications. This portfolio of connectors is constantly being updated and expanded. After developing numerous new connectors to ALM solutions in recent years, we now want to expand our footprint in the field of PLM-ERP integration.

The technology partnership with IFS enables PROSTEP to develop a powerful connector based on OpenPDM integration technologies for the bidirectional synchronization of data, e.g. BoM and material data, between IFS and common PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, and many others, and to test it in the cloud-based demo environment from IFS. We also gain access to the software manufacturer's extensive partner network, enabling us to support IFS partners in implementing our integration solution in the future.
